    Dear Sir or Madam,

Last Sunday evening,we went to have dinner in your restaurant. It was my one-year-old daughter's birthday so we booked a non-smoking table at your restaurant

Our first waiter,Jack, was very polite and helpful. He gave us free drinks for waiting so long. Our food also came quickly and looked fresh and tasty. When my cousin had eaten most of his meal,he found a dead fly in his vegetables. He was shocked and wanted to leave. At first, the waiter told us it was a piece of garlic. When we told him that garlic doesn't have legs,he apologized and took the food away.
